TEXT is the descriptive text accompanying each home plan. It's in plain text format, which can be opened in word processing programs, or placed in layout programs.

B&W ART LAYOUT is a black & white layout which includes the floorplan, artist's rendering, and plan statistics. It's available as a pdf (with print quality resolution) or a tif (600 dpi bitmap). Either of these can be placed in most layout programs.

B&W COLUMN LAYOUT includes the floorplan, artists's rendering, plan statistics, and narrative in a finished black & white column layout. It's available as a pdf (with print quality resolution) or a tif (600 dpi bitmap). Either of these can be placed in most layout programs.

COLOR ART LAYOUT is a full color layout which includes the floorplan, artist's rendering, and plan statistics. It's available as a pdf (with CMYK color and print quality resolution) or a tif (600 dpi CMYK color). Either of these can be placed in most layout programs.
