A Fresh New Look Just Days Away!

We are putting the polishing touches on our new website, which includes a fresh updated look as well as exciting new features. In response to the most common requests we have more than doubled the number of search criteria within the advanced search page adding selections such as "Main Floor Owners' Suite", Lot Type, and Garage Orientation. We have also added side and rear elevations to the plan details.

A unique new feature is our "Spin-Off Plans" button. This differs from the familiar "Similar Plans" button in that it only shows the plans that are revisions of the plan you are viewing.

Keep in mind that these features are new and that we are still in the process of updating our data. You may experience a plan that does not display the elevations or find all of the "Spin-Off Plans". Please be patient. If you come across a plan that does not include the information you are looking for, let us know. We will make it a priority to update the plan and get you the information you want to see. Of course, any comments or questions are welcome; we are here to help you with your home plan needs.
