Fall is just around the corner. Now is the time to start planning that new construction project for next spring. Crazy you say?! Not really, a well planned home takes time. Whether you are starting from scratch with a custom design or modifying one of our many existing designs, giving yourself the time to consider all the elements without the constraints of impending deadlines will be an asset to the completed project!

We're here to help you get started in the process. Our catalog currently features over 550 house plans with a wide variety of styles and sizes. You can also search through our inventory of available designs on our website www.AssociatedDesigns.com. It's a good thing to check our website regularly as new plans are continually added.

Find a plan and want to see more? No problem, our review plan is the next step! A review plan includes a large artists' conception, elevations, floor plan to scale, a cross section, and lots of general information. Give yourself some time to study it, and if you want to make changes, we can help you with that too! Our designers are available to answer your design questions Monday through Friday 9-5 pacific time.

If starting from scratch and creating your own unique design is more of what you have in mind, we can do that too! Gather up your sketches, photos, and magazines you've been collecting and we can set into motion creating the home of your dreams!

Portland Street of Dreams

We were excited to have our Pacifica home plan featured in this years' Portland Street of Dreams. Gerald Rowlett of Westlake Development constructed the home on Mt. Scott in Portland, Oregon. Feedback from the visitors was very positive; Gerald stated that people really liked the “livability” of this design.
