HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The first few weeks of January have shown a substantial increase in calls, visits to our website and plan orders. It seems that folks are feeling the sense of relief and optimism that the New Year can bring.

Our focus at Associated Designs is to provide customer service that exceeds your expectations. During office hours you can count having your call answered by a friendly voice who will help you with your questions or connect you with the person can. If an occasional call makes it to our voicemail system, your call is returned promptly. We strive to process orders by the next business day, and provide tracking information on all construction drawing orders.

In 2009 we plan to continue making improvements to our website and home plan blog. We are working to create incentive and buyers programs, a builder directory, and the continued "Greening" of our home designs and business practice. 

This month's featured plans are a good example of the variety to be found on our website. The Prichard is old-fashioned simplicity of a ranch style house plan perfect for a starter home or for empty nesters. The Viewcrest is designed for a sloped lot with plenty of elbow space and the Cascade would make a comfortable vacation retreat; both designs are well suited to take in a view. The Fairfield is a classic Craftsman style bungalow design with a detached garage.
