Craftsman Tealwood is Surprisingly Spacious

The Tealwood is a compact Craftsman-style house with a spacious feel. This home plan is designed to fit on a small lot and its footprint is almost square: 47' by 50'. 

A covered porch along with an impressive array of windows grace the front exterior and  the porch goes on to wrap around the side. Inside, the combination living room and dining room is full of natural light.

The kitchen fills more than a quarter of this large, open great room. A work island with a raised eating bar separates the areas. 

An atrium or French door in the dining area provides access to the covered porch, a great spot for outdoor dining. Two doors across the room open into the utility room and the garage. The utility room is large for a home this size and is outfitted with cupboards and an L-shaped counter.

Coat and storage closets line the hallway leading to the owners' suite. Features here include: a large walk-in closet, and bathroom with dual vanity, shower, and private toilet. The two front bedrooms share another bathroom.
