Charming Cape Cod Cottage Plan the Ithaca

Passersby will be captivated by the look of the Ithaca, a charming cape cod cottage. Twin posts frame the railing around the raised front covered porch. For homeowners’ who enjoy catching up with neighbors the front porch offers enough space for a set of chairs or a porch swing. Centered on the porch is the front door.

Inside the foyer is open and spacious. Straight ahead are the stairs that lead up to the second floor where the bedrooms are nicely separated from the living area that fills the main floor. To the left, a set of double doors open to the den which would make an idea home office with its proximity to the front door.

Across the foyer from the den is the living room with a warming and cozy fireplace centered on the right wall framed by windows.
